The performer hands out three books (or more) and asks a spectator or even a couple of spectators to each select a book. They are to turn to any page and look at a word on that page. The performer is able to discover the selected word or words without asking any questions other than verifying letters he is receiving telepathically'!

As the letters are mentally transmitted to him by the spectators, the performer writes them down on the slate, finally revealing the chosen word!

This book test can be performed with any books the performer desires to use. The selected words are not forced and in 99% of the cases, no prompting or questions are required.

You receive a wonderfully gimmicked mechanical slate that does all the work for you. We also provide you with the insert pages with cue words. Once set it is ready to perform at a moments notice. The books can be changed and the slate reset in 30 minutes. We include complete instructions written by George Robinson with detailed handling plus a step by step set of instructions showing you how to set up for new books.

Larry Becker's The Chameleon Chest

The Chameleon Chest will allow you to answer a host of questions provided by the spectators. Imagine having them write 10-15 questions, dropping them in the chest and having one selected at random BY A SPECTATOR. You divine the contents and answer the question WITHOUT touching the billet!

If this sounds impossible, it might be for others, but not for Larry, and not for you if you own this incredible chest. Comes complete with various ideas and routines in manuscript form.

Here's another quickie effect: Any spectator folds one of HIS dollar bills and drops it into the chest. You do not even look at the bill, let alone touch it, yet you divine the serial number as easily as you would read the newspaper.
